For all those wondering....I have lost 16lbs and 20 inches so far using Plexus products. I know, I know after 4 months, its not that much..BUT on the rate I was going prior, I would have gained 16lbs! lol I haven't changed my diet much and until 2 weeks ago, I wasn't exercising and its a struggle to get my water in. I'll be honest, I wanted a miracle pill. I didn't want to do the work and I really haven't "tried." It's not a miracle pill and its really not even about weight-loss, its about health. If I wan't results, I have to put the effort in and this has made it easy.

I will say, I food no longer controls me. I do not crave sweets like I did. Given my nature, Why haven't I given up??? I mean, I only lasted in weight watchers 9 days. I haven't given up because
 #1, It's working, I lost 16lbs with very little effort.
 #2. Its super easy. Its not hard to drink a yummy drink.
 # 3 ( This is the major one) I feel amazing! I have so much energy, no headaches, I sleep incredibly well, no numbness in my arms, no depression, I feel like my old friendly, bubbly self again and I missed that person. I'm glad my kids are getting to know that person, LOL
 #4 I'm learning about the scary effects of Candida/fungus and I'm excited to be pro active when it comes to my health.
#5 My family and friends are getting healthy and I'm excited to be part of that.
#6 I now have a team depending on me and keeping me accountable. I have met some of the most amazing people and reconnected with so many friends.
#7 I'm working my dream job! I mean really, you can't ask for anything easier or more rewarding and the potential limitless. Financial freedom is an actual possibility for my family.I am blown away by God's goodness in allowing me to be part of this. So, no, there is no giving up. I am more determined than ever and excited about my future with Plexus!
