Beginning part 2

I wanted to take a second and mention some other goals I have with Plexus. Energy to play with my kids is #1!

Secondly, I would really love for someone to join me!

The Beginning

I am going to be totally transparent here and also very vulnerable! I've never had a weight problem until after having my three beautiful babies.Then when I unexpectedly lost my dad in 2012, I gained an additional 20lbs! It's time for a change! Most people post before and AFTER pics but I am going to take you on my journey from the beginning. This is actually before day 1 because I am still waiting on my Plexus products to arrive. I also just joined the YMCA and plan to exercise 3 times a week. There is no magic pill, you still have to work for it. I would be cautious of any product that says something differently. Plexus promotes health and will only help me achieve my goal of living a healthy lifestyle. Does Plexus work? I believe it does based on what I have read and seen in my friends but you'll never know if you don't try! So follow me and my Plexus journey. Here are my current measurements. I weighed myself at the YMCA today and had my measurements taken yesterday.

When she measured my waist, she measured right under my ribs. I asked them to measure me again around my belly button and it was 40! ugh! 

Weight- 176lbs

Current complaints- lack of energy, major headaches (daily), migraines, dizziness, numbness in my hands when I wake up in the morning and through the night (daily), pain in my hips, back and neck, sugar addiction/cravings,  brain fog ( this may be because of kids!)

Goal- I would like to lose 10 lbs by April 1st.

Plexus also helps with overall health, so I'll track this as well.
